Lyman Beecher Henderson, DDS
Dentist
Dr. Henderson has been a practicing dentist in Warrenton since 1969. He opened his private practice. After completing his undergraduate degree from North Carolina Central University, he received a DDS degree from Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Henderson began practicing dentistry in 1966 with the U.S. Navy. He served with the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam as a dental officer. Dr. Henderson also performed missionary work in Haiti and Jamaica before opening his practice in Warrenton.
Kara M. Henderson-Jeffries, DDS

Dr. Kara completed her undergraduate degree at Hampton University and continued on to receive her DDS degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. Before joining her father in practice, Dr. Kara completed her general practice residency at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington D.C. In 2006, Dr. Kara completed additional cosmetic training at the Las Vegas Institute for Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Kara is married to Dr. Perry Jeffries, a pediatric dentist, and together are proud parents of two boys.
Laura A. Kearney, DDS

Dr. Laura Anne Kearney graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2008. In 2012, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. She is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Women Dentists, Hispanic Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society and Old North State Dental Society. Dr. Kearney’s community and international service programs and projects include North Carolina Mission of Mercy, The Mexico Project (fundraised over $35,000 to provide dental supplies and services to area orphanages), Community Oral Cancer Screenings, Give Kids a Smile, and The ECU Dental Bus. Dr. Kearney has completed a General Practice Residency at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC, where she focused on providing emergency and multidisciplinary comprehensive oral care to medically compromised patients. At Vidant Medical Center, I gained experience in anesthesiology, otolaryngology, family medicine, physical diagnosis, emergency medicine, and dental specialties. Dr. Kearney’s professional goal is promoting healthy living a bright smile for everyone!
Kenneth Evins, DMD

Dr. Kenneth E. Evins is a graduate of the Medical University of South Caroline School of Dental Medicine in Charleston South Carolina. Dr. Evins worked for the state of North Carolina as a public health dentist for 2 years and then started his own private practice in Oxford North Carolina. He has been practicing dentistry for over 35 years.
Dr. Evins has been married to Charlotte Bogues Evins for over 40 years. They have three children and five grandchildren. He admits that his grandchildren call all the shots!
In Dr. Evins's spare time he enjoys playing golf and volunteering in the community. He is the chairman of the deacon board at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Butner, NC.
